Produced through gentle pressing and short skin contact, this wine is designed to highlight freshness, finesse and delicate fruit character. Its bright, lively profile and balanced structure make it an ideal choice for relaxed dining and warm-weather occasions.

• Soft pressing with 6 hours skin contact
• Fermentation at 16°C for 10 days
• Aged in stainless steel for 2–3 months with lees stirring
