COVID-19 UPDATE

The safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us. Therefore, we have made some necessary changes to our deliveries in line with the Government guidelines and kindly ask for your collaboration.

Contact – Free delivery; Our drivers will only leave goods at your doorsteps or outside flats and apartments and will not enter your premises.

 

Proof of identity; Our drivers will no longer be asked to collect signatures for goods delivered. Instead, they will ask for a name to verify the delivery has taken place correctly.

 

Buy responsibly; We reserve the right to issue refunds to anyone suspected of over-ordering. Please order only what you need.

  

Special assistance; If you require special assistance or are self-isolating please let us know by calling our customer service on

020 8684 9100 (Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm). Alternatively, you can send us a message using our chat. 

 

Stock; Our product lines are monitored daily, so please check back regularly as out of stock products are continually being

re-stocked .

Delivery

London and Greater London areas

We offer a FREE next working day (Monday – Friday) delivery service for orders over £60 ( that have been placed before the

3.30pm cut off time. *SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REMOVED AT CHECKOUT AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Deliveries are performed by our own vans. All our vehicles have euro 6 engines, making them cleaner for the environment. They are also refrigerated to ensure your products stay fresh in transport.

 

The cut-off time for orders placed on Fridays for Monday delivery is 5pm.

 

We don’t deliver on weekends.

 

All deliveries will take place between 6.30 am and 3.30pm

 

Rest of England (Mainland)

Deliveries outside of London and Greater London will be shipped on the next working day (after payment is received) using DPD courier services. Please allow 1/2 working days to receive your order.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on

the size & weight of your order and the delivery postcode.

The rule for calculating these costs are as follows:

 

Order weight: 0.00 - 5.00kg = £6.95 (Incl Vat)           

Order weight: 5.01 - 10.00kg = £8.45 (Incl Vat)

Order weight: 10.01 - 15.00kg = £9.95 (Incl vat)

Order weight: Over 15kg = £9.95 + 25p per kilo (Incl Vat)

If your order is over the value £300.00 before Vat is applied

please call our sales line for FREE DELIVERY.

Please note that all chilled items are packed in a cool bag or box with the

addition of ice packs which will keep the products fresh during transport.

 

Once you’ve placed your order it can be tracked live. You’ll receive 3 update emails from us; the first one will confirm your order. The second one will be sent the day before the delivery as a reminder. Finally, we will send you one last email on the delivery day, 30 minutes before our driver arrives at your door.  

 

*The delivery charge will be discounted/removed after you have entered your address at checkout automatically or by signing into your account.

**The free delivery only applies if your order exceeds £60.00 after the discount has been applied and before any Vat has been added.

Returns

We want to provide a seamless experience to all of our customers, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or want an exchange, you can do so within 7 days of reception. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  • The product is in its original packaging and remains unopened.

  • The product is within its 'use by date' at the time of return.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.

* Please note we are unable to accept returns of fresh products such as sausages, mozzarella or cold meats.

Damaged Products

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please call us or email us immediately. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
