Aragosta Brut Spumante Bianco is a fresh and vibrant sparkling wine made from Vermentino grapes grown in the Alghero area.

🏭 Winemaking

• Soft pressing
• First fermentation at low temperature (approx. 13°C) for 2 weeks
• Second fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method)
• Lees ageing with bâtonnage until bottling
