A refined sparkling rosé with Italian character

Prosecco Rosé Bolla is a high-quality sparkling wine made from grapes cultivated within the Prosecco appellation. It offers a pronounced identity and intense aromatic profile, thanks to the combination of two classic grape varieties: Glera and Pinot Noir.

📍 Production Area

Grapes sourced from the Prosecco appellation across the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions.

🌾 Harvest

Harvested in early September to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

🏭 Winemaking Method

The grapes are gently pressed to obtain free-run juice, which is fermented at a controlled temperature (16°C) to create the base wine.

A second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15–16°C. During this stage, natural carbon dioxide is retained, creating the wine’s fine sparkle. Once the desired residual sugar level is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling the wine, followed by filtration and bottling.
