A powerful expression of Puglia

Mancinello Nero di Troia is a full-bodied red wine from the north-east of Bari, crafted from one of southern Italy’s most distinctive grape varieties.

Grown on sandy, clay and calcareous soils, and produced from mature vineyards, this wine delivers depth, structure and complexity. Careful vinification and ageing in French oak enhance its rich character, creating a bold yet balanced wine with intense aromas and a long, persistent finish.

• Vine Age: 20–35 years
• Training System: Espalier with Guyot pruning

🏭 Vinification

• Destemming and cold maceration at 4–5°C for 24 hours
• Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (24–26°C)
• Racking followed by soft pressing of grape marc

⏳ Ageing

• Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
• Aged in medium-toast French oak
• Further ageing in bottle
