Bring pizza night together in minutes with Paneangeli Pizza Veloce. This instant raising mix works during baking, so there is no need to wait for the dough to prove. Added dried yeast brings the familiar flavour of traditionally risen pizza.
One 26g sachet is suitable for 400g of flour. Sift into the dry ingredients last, before adding the liquids, then bake in a preheated oven. Keep the oven closed during cooking.
Ingredients: raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium hydrogen carbonate), dried yeast (13%), corn starch, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate), stabiliser (calcium salts of fatty acids).
