VINO SPUMANTE ROSE The grapes: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero & Raboso. The vineyard: selected from the best hilly zones of Trevigiano. Vinification: the grapes are gently crushed and pressed and are immediately separated from the pomace to avoid imparting too much colour to the young must. After the first temperature controlled (about 18ºC) alcoholic fermentation, the base wine is then made to referment in closed pressure tanks for the ‘prise de mousse’ (secondary fermentation to produce the sparkle in the bottles). The wine: antique pink colour with fine and persistent bubbles; powerful bouquet of flowers; fresh and fruity flavour. Analytical data: 11.5% alcohol; 6 g/l total acidity; 3.20 Ph; 15 g/l
